Who
we are
Hi, I’m Angell — a fertility and pregnancy dietitian, and someone who truly believes in the quiet power of early life nutrition.
I support women who long to grow their families but feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or quietly worried about their fertility.
Trying to conceive can feel lonely. You might be doing everything you can — tracking, researching, changing your diet — yet still wondering if you’re missing something. You may have been told to “just wait,” “stress less,” or “keep trying,” while carrying questions that no one has really taken the time to answer.
My approach is gentle, personal, and grounded in science.
Before specialising in fertility, I worked closely with many women with PCOS who were navigating weight changes, gut concerns, and skin issues — and I saw how transformative personalised, lifestyle-focused nutrition could be when it truly honoured a woman’s body and reality.
I don’t just hand you a plan or overwhelm you with rules.
I create a space where you feel truly heard — where your concerns are taken seriously, your story matters, and your body is supported with care and intention.
Together, we focus on nourishing your body for conception and pregnancy in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. We look at hormone balance, egg quality, nutrient status, and overall wellbeing — without extreme restriction, shame, or pressure to be perfect.
I believe fertility care should feel supportive, not stressful.
This season of life is tender. It’s hopeful. Sometimes it’s heartbreaking. And it’s also a powerful opportunity to nurture both your own health and the foundation of your future child’s wellbeing.
Through SEED 2 SEED, I’m here to walk beside you — from preparation to pregnancy — helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a little more peace in the process.

Explore what we offer
Whether you’re planning for your first baby or expanding your family, optimizing your nutrition can play a crucial role in fertility and a healthy pregnancy.
A Fertility Dietitian specializes in personalized dietary support to help you prepare for conception and beyond.
When do you need to start?
Most people will need to see a dietitian at least 3 months before trying to conceive. This critical window allows time to:
Boost egg and sperm health through antioxidant-rich and nutrient-dense foods.
Address any nutritional deficiencies (e.g., folate, zinc, omega-3s) that can impact fertility.
Minimise inflammation.
Develop a preconception meal plan tailored to your unique needs.
Ready to take control of your fertility?
I can create a customized plan to support you through this crucial period.
This is the consult session for you if you are looking for support of weight loss, malnutrition, IBS, Type 2 Diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc. You might be able to get rebates from Medicare. Please check with your GP if you are eligible for this service rebate. This initial session (50mins) is for clients looking for nutrition support other than PCOS, fertility and pregnancy.
